Customer Case: A Full Container Order from Nepal – A Practical and Efficient Partnership

Time : 2026-05-16

On May 11, 2026, Tangshine had the pleasure of welcoming a customer delegation from Nepal to our facility. This visit represented more than just a routine business exchange—it was a milestone in our ongoing efforts to deepen our presence in the South Asian market.

The delegation began their visit by touring our expansive showroom, where they examined a wide range of leather products, including PU synthetic leather for luggage and bags, four-way stretch materials for garments, and specialized PVC leather for upholstery. They paid close attention to surface textures, color consistency, thickness tolerance, and overall hand feel—key quality indicators that matter most to distributors and manufacturers in the Nepalese market.

Following the showroom tour, our team entered into several hours of open, candid, and thoroughly professional negotiations. Discussions covered four critical areas: product specifications, packaging requirements, delivery lead times, and after‑sales support. The Nepalese side came prepared with detailed questions about supply chain consistency, and we responded with data from our 500+ skilled technicians, 60,000‑square‑meter factory floor, and a proven track record of 100% on‑time delivery.

What set this meeting apart was the spirit of efficiency and practicality. Rather than prolonging deliberations, both sides focused on finding actionable solutions. The customer expressed strong recognition of our comprehensive delivery capabilities—from raw material sourcing and in‑house formulation to final slitting and packaging. They were particularly impressed by our ability to handle small customization runs without compromising lead times, a flexibility that many larger suppliers struggle to offer.

As a result, the customer placed a trial order for one full container. The order covers their most urgently needed product series in the local Nepalese market, which primarily includes mid‑range PU leather for school bags and casual luggage—a segment that demands both durability and cost control.

It is worth noting that the Nepalese market has extremely high requirements for product stability and cost‑effectiveness. Local buyers often rely on long‑term repeat orders, and any disruption in quality or delivery can damage their own brand reputation. Winning this container order, therefore, fully demonstrates Tangshine’s competitive edge in product quality, service reliability, and cross‑border communication efficiency.

We see this as more than a single transaction. The order marks a solid breakthrough for our products in the South Asian market, particularly in the Indian subcontinent, where Nepal serves as both a standalone market and a gateway to neighboring regions. We will take this opportunity to further expand into South Asia, providing reliable supply chain support to more overseas customers.
