In March 2025, as spring breathed new life into Shanghai, the eyes of Asia's textile and fashion industry converged on Intertextile Shanghai. As a key engine of industry innovation, Tangshine Leather made a grand appearance under the theme "Discover the Future of Touch," not only heralding the new season for the industry but also presenting an immersive exhibition that fused sustainable philosophy with cutting-edge technology, deeply interpreting the boundless potential of leather fabrics.
The centerpiece of this exhibition was the launch of the "2025 Sustainable Leather Collection." This collection was far from a simple nod to trends; it was the culmination of two decades of Tangshine's specialized dedication to garment leather fabrics. We possess a profound understanding of the global brand's urgent need for environmental responsibility, hence our innovation began at the very source of raw materials. The collection extensively employs bio-based materials from renewable resources, vegetable tanning agents, and rigorously certified eco-friendly leathers, ensuring every square inch carries respect for the planet. Exhibits ranged from skin-soft premium nappa to elastic functional leathers, comprehensively demonstrating how sustainable materials can match or even surpass traditional ones in texture, color, and physical performance, perfectly meeting the high-end market's demand for luxury coupled with ethical consumption.
Complementing the sustainable collection was the matrix of advanced printing technologies showcased from our independent printing factory. Within a specially built booth spanning over 2,000 square meters, we established a "Digital Creative Workshop" and a "Technology Decoding Zone," dynamically demonstrating core technologies like high-precision digital inkjet printing, eco-friendly transfer printing, and 3D embossing. What particularly impressed visitors was our ability, backed by the scale of our daily printing capacity of 10,000 to 20,000 meters, to achieve flexible customization from as little as a single meter to large batch orders. Any inspirational pattern brought by designers could be rapidly transformed into tangible leather samples at our facility. This "what-you-see-is-what-you-get" rapid response capability provided unprecedented creative freedom for the design teams of global fast-fashion giants like ZARA and Pull&Bear.
During the exhibition, Tangshine's professional team engaged in in-depth discussions with clients from over 20 countries, including the USA, France, Italy, and Germany. We demonstrated to long-term partners like the Inditex Group and CK how our annual leather production base of 500-600 million meters, coupled with our agile printing system, could build a stable, innovative, and eco-friendly supply chain. Many new clients were amazed by our speed of completing pre-production samples within 7 days, a direct manifestation of the integrated advantage of our two-factory synergy (leather factory + printing factory). Our on-site "Garment Sample Making Room" was a particular hot spot, allowing clients to participate and witness firsthand how our leather could be swiftly transformed into a finished garment through professional cutting and sewing, solidly proving our commitment to supporting end-to-end garment customization.
