Case Study Title: One 40HQ, Four Leather Lines — Mixed-Pattern PU Leather Shipped to Argentina

Time : 2026-09-19

Suggested Meta Description: On September 19, we loaded a 40HQ container with plain, leopard-print, and zebra-print leather plus post-processed finishes for a customer in Argentina. Here is how our team managed pattern variety, finishing, and traceability in a single mixed-container shipment.

Many Patterns, One Container: Delivering a Mixed Leather Order to Argentina

On September 19, our team completed loading of one 40HQ container bound for Argentina — and this was not a single-product shipment. It combined plain leather, leopard-print leather, zebra-print leather, and post-processed leather, all in the same container. Orders like this test a supplier's ability to organize complexity, not just produce material.

The requirement. Our customer in Argentina needed a mixed collection: classic plain patterns for volume use, plus animal prints — leopard and zebra — for trend-driven designs, alongside post-processed leather with additional finishing. Everything had to ship together, arrive together, and be clearly identified on arrival.

Where expertise matters. Patterned leather is less forgiving than plain material. Every repeat has to align cleanly across the full roll, and animal prints must stay sharp and consistent from one meter to the next, or the material becomes unusable for the customer's cutting plan. Post-processed leather adds a second layer of complexity, since the finishing treatment must be applied uniformly without affecting the base surface. Our production and QC teams verified each pattern and finish batch by batch before the goods were released for packing.

Packing with sorting built in. As the photo shows, each roll was individually wrapped in a protective white woven bag to guard against dust and moisture during the long voyage to South America. You can also see that roll ends carry identification labels together with a red end mark — a simple system our packing team uses so that four different leather lines can be sorted quickly and accurately, whether at final inspection or at the customer's warehouse in Argentina.

A container loaded to the top. The rolls were stacked floor to ceiling inside the 40HQ, using an interlocking horizontal arrangement that maximizes space while keeping cargo stable in transit. Filling a container efficiently matters on a mixed order, where every extra cubic meter carries a different product.

Clear communication end to end. From pattern approval through production updates, loading photos, and full export documentation, our team kept the customer informed at every stage.

What this means for buyers. If you need a supplier who can consolidate multiple leather patterns and finishes into one shipment — with traceability your warehouse can rely on — we would be glad to discuss your requirements, provide samples, or arrange a factory visit.
